Join our team as a Field Marketer and become a key brand ambassador for Champion Windows and Champion Products. As a Field Marketer, you will cultivate leads, set appointments, and showcase our window and home exterior solutions across events, festivals, and home shows.
Key Responsibilities
Approach and engage potential prospects while canvassing, at home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs.
Door‑to‑door residential appointment setting.
Maintain company standards for appearance and attire.
Maintain a consistent positive attitude in the workplace.
Stay up‑to‑date with current product knowledge and promotions.
Demonstrate Champion Windows and Home Exterior products to prospects at events.
Schedule in‑home estimate appointments for the sales team.
Assist with booth setup and breakdown.
Contribute to internal social media platforms and company culture efforts.
Utilize data entry on multiple forms of mobile technology.
Qualifications & Experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Self‑motivated with a competitive spirit.
Strong, aggressive prospect engagement skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
Must be able to work weekends and stand for up to 8–10 hours.
Ability to walk for 4–8 hours and travel 10% of the time.
Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
Compensation & Benefits Hourly base pay $18.00–$20.00 plus commission. Potential weekly earnings range from $750–$1,500. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, 401(k), and a flex‑spending account.
