Overview Our Field Marketers act as brand ambassadors, engaging prospects at home shows, festivals, conventions, and events, demonstrating our Windows and Home Exterior products and scheduling in-home estimate appointments for the sales team.
Responsibilities
Approach and engage potential prospects while canvassing, at home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs.
Set door‑to‑door residential appointments.
Maintain company standards for appearance and attire.
Keep a consistent positive attitude in the workplace.
Stay up to date with current product knowledge and promotions.
Show reliability and availability.
Demonstrate professional time management.
Schedule in‑home estimate appointments for the sales team.
Assist with booth setup and breakdown.
Contribute to internal social media platforms and company culture efforts.
Utilize data entry on mobile technology.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required).
Self‑motivated and competitive spirit.
Patient and consistent prospect engagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
Ability to work weekends.
Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
Standing for 8–10 hours.
Walking for 4–8 hours.
Willingness to travel 10% of the time.
Compensation & Benefits Hourly Base Pay:
$18.00–$20.00 per hour plus commission. Commission:
Potential to earn $18–$20 per hour with weekly commissions ranging between $750–$1,500, depending on experience, location, and performance.
