Brand Ambassador (Events) – Champion Windows & Home Exteriors
We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to showcase Champion product lines as a brand ambassador to prospective clients at events, festivals, and other locations. This is a part‑time role within our Marketing team that involves face‑to‑face engagement with prospects.
Compensation Hourly Base Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour plus commission. Commission can reach $750–$1,500 per week for high performers.
Responsibilities
Approach and engage potential prospects while canvassing, at home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs.
Set door‑to‑door appointments for residential in‑home estimate appointments.
Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company attire standards.
Display a consistent positive attitude in the workplace.
Stay current with product knowledge and promotions.
Be consistently reliable and available as scheduled.
Utilize time effectively and manage your schedule.
Set up and break down booth equipment at events.
Contribute to internal social media and company culture initiatives.
Enter data on mobile technology platforms.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Self‑motivated with a competitive spirit.
Aggressive and consistent prospect engagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
Willingness to work weekends.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
Ability to stand for 8–10 hours and walk 4–8 hours.
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
