What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage assigned lines of business and develop profitable growth strategies
Conduct assessments of profitability and identify market opportunities
Lead the creation and communication of market insights and product strategies
Act as a subject matter expert on projects and ensure successful deployment
Coordinate and execute new carrier/state launches and ensure compliance with regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
Minimum of seven years’ experience in commercial lines product management and underwriting
Previous experience in reading and interpreting insurance rating manuals and policy forms
Proven analytical skills with proficiency in data management tools (e.g., Tableau)
Exceptional interpersonal communication and leadership skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with state filing through S.E.R.F.F.
Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) or other professional insurance designations
Experience with strategic planning and forecasting skills
Ability to mentor and develop expertise in others
Familiarity with customer-centric product practices
