Plan, execute, and track customized service strategy for each client
Build personalized client relationships through various channels of communication
Analyze risk, coverage, and program structure to recommend options and execute changes
Manage account activity and act as a liaison to resolve escalated issues
Work with service team to effectively manage new business and renewal processes
Qualifications
Producers License for Fire/Casualty or Life/Health
3+ years of Account Manager experience within an insurance brokerage or comparable
Experience with strategic planning and implementation of complex accounts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Preferred Qualifications
BS/BA in Business, Insurance, or related field
Professional insurance designation related to discipline (CPCU, ARM, CEBS)
Experience working with agency management systems
Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office suite
