Prepare accounts for new business and renewals, ensuring optimal client coverage and retention strategies Support brokers in creating market submissions and reviewing documentation for accuracy Build relationships with brokers and proactively address business needs Collaborate with brokers to drive renewals and solicit new business through client referrals Ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal policies while mitigating account risks Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Sales, or Risk Management preferred Minimum requirements for state P&C and/or surplus line licenses Experience in ProExec insurance lines Strong understanding of brokerage operations and client service activities Preferred Qualifications
