What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Prepare accounts for new business and the renewal process, ensuring optimal client coverage

Support brokers in creating market submissions and reviewing documents for accuracy

Build relationships with brokers and proactively support business needs

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contractual obligations are met and resolve invoicing issues

Generate reports on performance metrics to inform brokers on portfolio trends

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the insurance industry

Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include Business Administration, Sales, or Risk Management

Must possess state P&C and/or surplus line licenses

Strong understanding of brokerage operations and client service

Ability to evaluate and mitigate risks associated with accounts

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Certification as a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) or Commercial Insurance License (CIL)
