Plan, execute, and track customized service strategy for each client
Build personalized client relationships through various communication channels
Analyze risk, coverage, and program structure to recommend options
Manage and oversee new business and renewal processes
Maintain complete client files and data integrity
Required Qualifications
Producers License for Fire/Casualty or Life/Health
3+ years of Account Manager experience within an insurance brokerage
Experience with strategic planning and implementation of complex accounts
Preferred Qualifications
BS/BA in Business, Insurance, or related field
Professional insurance designation such as CPCU, ARM, or CEBS
Experience working with agency management systems
Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office suite
