Basic Function The Luxury Bridal Manager is a supporting management position within Jared Jewelers stores. This role achieves store and individual sales goals by providing a superior guest experience and expert knowledge of all bridal merchandise. Responsibilities include overseeing bridal sales performance, executing product launches, implementing product education, and developing training plans to improve store performance.
Minimum Requirements
Meet or exceed three of the five performance standards, with Sales as one requirement.
No Code of Conduct written counseling within the past six months.
DCA certified.
Minimum six months with the company or similar experience level with another company.
Completion of Minimum Training Requirements training module and passing score on the associated quiz.
Responsibilities
Serve guests and promote store sales
Consistently attain sales and performance standards, Special Event and Store promotion results.
Promote an environment of total guest satisfaction by prioritizing the guest’s shopping and jewelry needs.
Provide an exceptional guest experience, using the Clienteling system for follow‑up.
Consistently monitor guest flow and assist with assigning appropriate team members.
Supervise bridal merchandise and train team members
Oversee implementation, administration, and performance of bridal merchandise, including sales, promotions, incentives, and visual display.
Develop and maintain complete knowledge of all bridal merchandise, becoming the subject‑matter expert to train all team members.
Act as the point of contact with vendor partners and ensure completion of vendor training and incentive submissions.
Collaborate with the management team
Evaluate opportunities and coordinate training plans to improve sales, standards performance, and guest experience.
Collaborate with the General Manager on recruiting, hiring, scheduling, and performance appraisals.
Communicate personnel, security, and merchandising needs to management.
Respond to guest complaints promptly and courteously in partnership with management.
Assist management in primary responsibilities in their absence.
Other essential responsibilities
Act in a manner that aligns with Signet’s Core Values.
Consistent, regular scheduled attendance.
Strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures, including Loss Prevention, Sales, and Credit policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Operate all sales‑related equipment.
Physical Demands Must be able to stand for long periods, reach with hands and arms, move among display cases, handle merchandise, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 10 pounds. Good vision is required to discern differences in quality.
Work Schedule
Required to work evenings and weekends.
Three nights per week or as required by the General Manager.
Sunday on an alternating basis or as needed.
Store hours during Special Events and key selling times of the year.
Base pay ranges from $16.50 to $20.30 per hour plus commission on sales. Final pay rate will be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
