Short Description
Verify eligibility with insurance companies. Communicate with patients and insurance companies regarding co‑pays, deductibles, denials, and COA issues. Resolve accounts timely and effectively. Provide excellent customer service.
Experience Required
1 year healthcare billing experience.
Education Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Special Requirements
Medical billing/coding knowledge
Comfortable with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to successfully interact with insurance carriers, patients, and administration
