Our mission is to simplify investing by making it about people selection, and hopefully onboard the ~50% of Americans who don't own a single stock and aren't participating in the greatest wealth creation engine of our times: the stock market. Job done right, we will rewrite the playbook for how the regular individual invests and transform global GDP.
In less than 12 months post-launch , we just crossed 1 Million downloads and have almost 50K paying subscribers.

About the role dub is looking for a Paid Social Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to own paid social end to end - from strategy and planning to experimentation and optimization across big and small bets. This role is highly collaborative, with regular input and support from many departments including creative, compliance, and product, to together build a best-in-class program that solidifies dub’s position as the copy-trading platform for all Americans.
This role requires someone who is comfortable setting and operating against aggressive goals with the ability to think both short and long term. This person is customer and growth obsessed, and can continuously extrapolate customer feedback and performance data to generate hypotheses and then design experiments to quickly test these hypotheses. They will have a deep understanding of the channel algorithms and the drive to consistently find ways to beat out other auction participants through creative, media buying, and pixel innovation.
Responsibilities
Fully manage our current paid social channels and launch new channels to effectively hit targets each month
Own daily, weekly, monthly reporting and forecasting for paid social
Partner closely with creative and compliance to generate creative at scale and build a creative testing roadmap
Implement innovative and strategic campaign and pixel structures that drive results
Work with product and lifecycle to both share and leverage insights from the users your channels are driving to create better and more effective end to end experiences
Qualifications
3+ years experience managing paid social campaigns for growing consumer businesses
Experience effectively scaling channels at least 5X from where they started
Rigorous approach to managing budgets and hitting goals
Very strong marketing analytics and data skills and has worked with event/attribution tech
Demonstrated innovation in campaign / pixel / account structure
Consider the customer and long-term brand health in decision making - doesn’t blindly chase metrics
Integrated into the performance marketing and media industries and are on top of news, innovations, and trends. Have a substantial network.
Skeptical of ‘best practices’ and leverage first-principles in problem-solving and decision making
