Community Associate – IWG
Location: 1901 Avenue of the Stars, 2nd Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90067.
Overview As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining their community within your center, taking care of the administrative and support needs so that customers can focus on running their business.
Responsibilities
Prepare the center before opening and verify that cleaners have completed their tasks.
Respond to customer requests such as Wi‑Fi code changes, package locations, meeting‑room directions, and equipment setup.
Ensure all services are properly charged and invoices are accurate.
Handle email follow‑ups, such as informing customers when packages arrive.
Assist with printing, invoicing, and service‑portal tickets.
Collaborate with the Community Manager to organize networking events and create e‑invites.
Produce and display promotional posters and notices.
Promote the community to prospects and encourage sign‑ups.
Manage meeting rooms, including scheduling and closing.
Maintain a clean, organized center environment.
Qualifications
Good communicator with ability to build professional relationships and empathize with customers (ideally 1+ year of customer service experience).
Ownership mindset, proactive problem solver.
Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable to fast‑changing situations.
Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment.
Legally eligible to work in the country and at least 18 years old.
