Base pay range $60,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Overview Start your career in sales at Gordie Boucher Village Ford of Thiensville! The Boucher Automotive Group is looking for passionate and motivated people to join our team and encourages all applicants with sales or customer service experience to apply. Experienced and entry-level positions in automotive sales are available. We offer a flexible 5-day work week, paid training, and strong earning potential.

Responsibilities

Greet customers in a friendly manner and listen to their requirements to match their vehicle needs with current inventory.

Accompany customers on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and technology, describing all optional equipment available for purchase.

Build rapport with customers to establish a customer network and referrals.

Stay informed about new products, features, and benefits.

Overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.

Work leads from the internet, phone, and personal sources to convert them into auto sales.

Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives and opportunities, and share ideas to improve the customer experience.

Utilize dealership sales processes and follow-up systems.

Close deals and complete all paperwork.

Prepare sold vehicles for delivery and ensure customer understanding of operation, warranty, and paperwork.

Introduce customers to service department personnel and highlight service quality and maintenance options.

Qualifications/Requirements

Outside sales experience is appreciated, but not required

Attend product and sales training courses as requested by the Sales Manager

Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills

Honesty, integrity, commitment, perseverance, and the will to succeed

Basic computer or smartphone proficiency

Love of automobiles required

Professional appearance

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Applicants must pass pre-employment testing including MVR and drug screen
