Key Responsibilities
Skilled writer, who is able to perform in a broad spectrum of advertising disciplines
Ideate copy for pitches, campaigns, and special projects
Review and edit all copy for clarity and proper grammar and punctuation
Present concepts at presentations in an organized, professional, and effective style
Collaborate and partner with Art Director to ensure that both the copy and visuals are in perfect sync to ensure the concept is to our Famously Effective standard
Generate and execute ideas from concept to completion across a broad spectrum of mediums that align with the Creative Brief
Receive and implement feedback from creative leads
Communicate daily with Account Services, Strategy, and Project Management team members to ensure all deliverables and deadlines are met
Begin to build client relationships by participating in client meetings, delivering high quality conceptual thinking, and contributing to thoughtful discussionProactively manage projects and your own workload
Remain current on the latest creative trends globally. Stay curious about award shows, past and present case studies, production companies, and everything that is being created by some of the best people and companies in our industry. Only by understanding what kind of work moves you and what it takes to get there, will you be able to create work that moves others.
Stay on top of the latest technological advancements including design software, digital tools, and platforms to enhance creative processes and deliver innovative solutions
Remain curious about pop culture, social media trends, and your audience's interests and behaviors to infuse culturally relevant elements into briefs and campaigns. Bring the outside world into our work so that our brands can join the conversation.
What You Will Need
At least 4-7 years of industry experience in a well‑established, creative role with a proven track record
Experience working across relevant mediums based on client needs
Strong creative portfolio highlighting relevant experience
Solid written & verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to all levels of clients
Excellent written and presentation skills
Able to handle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
Proficiency in Adobe Suite or similar software and AI Tools
