The role conducts annual reviews, renewals, and ongoing account management while collaborating with Field Sales, Regional Operations Managers, and Directors to resolve underwriting issues. What You Will Do
Maintain periodic reviews of collateral, documentation, reporting, and financial statements to identify current and emerging risks, including UCCs, insurance, credit lines, and aged inventory. Coordinate with sales teams and dealer principals to streamline the underwriting process for annual reviews and interim requests. Exercise commercial credit lending authority for new requests, with approval limits of up to $15 million for floorplan financing and up to $1 million for working‑capital loans. Participate in strategic projects and initiatives within the Commercial Credit Department, such as mobility, data, and digitalization efforts. Lead, mentor, and develop team members, providing performance feedback and professional growth opportunities. What You Will Bring
5–7 years of experience in financial statement analysis and dealer credit analysis. 0–2 years of supervisory or large‑project leadership experience. Preferred exposure to the automotive business environment and commercial credit activities. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Proven commercial credit and risk mitigation skills in analytically challenging environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to leadership. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Work Environment Employees in this role work extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking and monitor vision and noise levels in their working space.
