Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Our Vision for this Role The Supplier Relationship Manager role is responsible for onboarding suppliers to our S2P platform, ensuring they are strategically enabled, and developing supplier performance management strategies to drive operational excellence and mutually beneficial partnerships. They will oversee and optimize purchasing processes, manage catalog and supplier performance, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to strategic improvements. It includes providing exceptional customer service across a wide variety of purchasing categories and suppliers, supporting the purchase order process, and resolving supplier‑related issues as they relate to interactions within the S2P platform.
To excel in this role, the individual must be a dynamic, highly engaged, detail‑oriented, articulate, and forward‑thinking self‑starter with natural customer service and problem‑solving skills. They must thrive in managing a diverse portfolio of projects while actively contributing to a vibrant and supportive team environment.
What We Will Accomplish Together
Supplier Performance Management: Implement supplier performance metrics and KPIs, conduct regular evaluations, and provide actionable feedback to enhance supplier relationships and drive improvements. Conduct quantitative analyses and interpret complex data to identify trends, address performance gaps, and support business objectives.
Solutions‑Oriented Leadership: Take initiative to identify and resolve challenges, fostering a culture of innovation and solutions within the team.
Process Optimization: Streamline procurement operations and workflows across supplier onboarding, purchasing enablement, and related systems.
Supplier Onboarding: Manage the end‑to‑end supplier onboarding process, ensuring evolving business needs are met and supporting stakeholders as appropriate.
Strategic Thinking: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to establish best‑in‑class processes for supplier enablement and management.
Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly interface with stakeholders to ensure procurement processes align with business objectives and provide clarity on performance expectations. Prepare and deliver both written and verbal communication that promotes clarity and understanding, ensuring alignment across internal and external partners. Proactively communicate risks and issues to key stakeholders and recommend solutions to address them effectively.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Accounts Payable and Supplier Management teams to execute the full P2P process, including workflow approvals and post‑PO execution functions.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain trust‑based relationships with internal and external customers, fostering buy‑in and commitment from diverse stakeholders.
Ad Hoc Support: Provide additional assistance and expertise on projects or initiatives as needed.
What You Have

You should have a bachelor’s degree.
You should have five years of industry experience, working in indirect procurement, supplier management, or adjacent roles.
You should be proficient in Office 365, SAP, and procurement tools (Coupa experience is a plus).
You should have a strong background in purchasing, sourcing, and contracting.
You should be detail oriented and able to deliver projects on time. Strong organizational skills is a must.
You should have the ability to work as a part of a team and influence without authority.
You should be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment.
You should have strong written and verbal communication skills, skillful at presenting ideas and plans in a persuasive and clear manner.
You should have a track record of developing supportive relationships with key functional business leaders. History of supplier relationship and performance management.
You should have the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time. You should have a demonstrated ability to take initiative.
You should have a foundational understanding of sourcing methodologies and outcomes. Familiarity with financial metrics to support the business. Able to make decisions that are in the best interest of the organization.
You should be a strategic thinker with the ability to grasp the big picture and think long‑term.
You should be skillful in using quantitative analysis to understand business issues.
You should be assertive and be able to defend a point of view; unafraid to take controversial positions and challenge the status quo.
You should be able to think creatively, generating new ideas and approaches to situations.
