Responsibilities
Assist students with course registration and ensure understanding of degree and practicum requirements
Advocate for students’ academic, financial, and healthcare compliance advising needs
Provide coordinated support for students in partnership with the Student Support Liaison
Advise students on university policies, procedures, and financial advising throughout their lifecycle
Respond to student inquiries regarding healthcare compliance requirements and provide accurate guidance
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, academic advising, or higher education
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Student Information Systems
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with predictive analytics to support student retention
Exposure to software tools such as Power BI and Copilot
Previous experience in a higher education environment
