What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Grow new and existing customer accounts for Trimble Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Owner (AECO) software

Collaborate with Account Executives to identify customer needs and demonstrate product solutions

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product information and industry trends

Develop and manage sales and territory plans for specified products

Achieve sales targets and successfully close sales

What is Required (Qualifications):

8+ years of experience in successfully selling SaaS solutions

Specialization and prior experience in VDC/BIM SaaS sales within the construction industry

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas

Excellent presentation and communication skills across all organizational levels

Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Google Suite products

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Advanced negotiation and closing skills with customers and internal stakeholders

Willingness to travel within the United States and/or Canada up to 50% of the time
