What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Manage the sales process for a diverse group of assigned existing business opportunities

Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities by building a pipeline

Keep up with product information and industry updates through collaboration with product sales and marketing teams

Research, develop, and maintain long and short-range sales and territory plans

Close sales and achieve sales targets (quota)

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience successfully selling SaaS solutions

Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding an annual quota

Exemplary presentation and communication skills across all organizational levels

Technical proficiency with Salesforce.com

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry

Advanced selling skills demonstrating commitment to strategy and customer relations

Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals

Familiarity with digital transformation technologies in construction
