What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Achieve assigned quarterly and annual quota targets and goals

Actively prospect and manage sales activities to identify and close new customers

Develop and execute territory and account plans to maximize revenue potential

Manage the entire sales cycle, including presentations, negotiations, and contract closing

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 4-6+ years of successful, direct quota-bearing sales experience in B2B applications/solutions

Experience in the mobility, transportation, logistics industry, or education sector

Proven track record of quota over-achievement in competitive markets

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Ability to manage time and activities effectively in a dynamic environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience launching and growing a new market

History of evangelistic selling of new technology solutions and services

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales forecasting discipline

Strong leadership qualities and accountability for results

Ability to adapt quickly to changes in a rapidly expanding company
