Job Summary Join Everstory Partners as a Sales Counselor. This full‑time role focuses on selling pre‑need and at‑need funeral services, cemetery services, property and merchandise, while providing compassionate support to families during their planning.
Responsibilities
Estimated first‑year earnings range (including hourly wage and commission): $45,000 – $80,000.
Uncapped commission and earnings.
Sell pre‑need and at‑need funeral services, inventory, cemetery services, property and merchandise.
Assist families with funeral selections and attend services.
Generate leads through walk‑ins, inbound calls, and proactive prospecting.
Training pay of $18.00 per hour for six weeks.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Business, Marketing, or Sales preferred.
Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
Experience with a CRM (lead management system preferred).
Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and organizational ability in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
Availability to work some holidays, evenings, and weekends as required.
