What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide quality control after Account Managers service customers, ensuring accuracy in policy writing and changes
Maintain electronic suspense files in the agency management system as part of daily work management
Assist with various projects as assigned by the Department Manager
Develop and maintain working knowledge of numerous carriers and their websites
Create and maintain client files in accordance with office workflow and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum 2 years of administrative/operations and customer service experience
Experience in Property & Casualty insurance, particularly Personal Lines coverage
High School Diploma or GED required; additional education or training preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with EPIC software is desirable
P&C License is a plus
Ability to make independent decisions confidently
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt
