What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Assist Account Executives with processing endorsements and creating insurance documentation
Liaise with external carriers and escrow companies to facilitate transactions
Input changes and file items electronically in the EPIC document management system
Follow up with insurance companies regarding outstanding policy endorsements
Maintain and create client files in accordance with office workflow and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years of administration/operations and customer service experience
High School Diploma or GED required; additional education/training preferred
Experience in P&C insurance, especially Personal Lines coverage is highly desired
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with EPIC software
Self-confident with the ability to make independent decisions
Proven ability to interact successfully with a variety of stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to adapt to mentoring and continual learning
