Assistant Branch Manager – Sales Manager Trainee
Entry‑level position with a clear path to management at Republic Finance.
Overview & Responsibilities Entry‑level financial services position with a competitive salary of $42,000 per year (paid hourly) and an uncapped monthly bonus averaging $8,000 annually. Our 18–24 month on‑the‑job paid training program equips ABMs with the skills needed to manage a branch. Promotion to Branch Manager typically requires relocation, and a full relocation package is provided.
Your focus is on helping customers meet financial goals: originate new loan business, educate on consumer lending services, manage loan applications, risk analysis, credit decisions, loan closings, insurance claim processing, recruitment and training, and achieving sales goals while upholding core values.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; preferred majors Business, Finance, Sales or related fields.
1 year or more of customer‑facing sales experience preferred but not required.
Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
Ability to work independently and as a team member in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, auto insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
Must meet acceptable standards for criminal background, credit history and pass pre‑employment drug screen.
Eligibility to meet insurance licensing requirements for selling voluntary insurance products.
Willingness and ability to relocate for promotion to Branch Manager; full relocation package for moves greater than 50 miles.
