Sales Representative, Enterprise Accounts , you will grow new market share for ADP’s cloud‑based human resources solutions to large market prospects (1,000+ employees) within a defined territory.

What You’ll Do
Grow Our Business While Growing Yours. Work independently and collaboratively as part of various teams within your assigned geography to attain or exceed 100% of assigned revenue and product goals.
Plan and Report to Achieve Success. Develop an annual business plan, determine sales and activity goals, compile Account Plan documents for prospective clients, and maintain a current prospective business report.
Market – Conduct Market Research. Develop prospective client sources, utilize sales automation tools, and target competitive prospects to increase market share.
Collaborate Daily. Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and overall network while demonstrating grace under pressure.
To Succeed in This Role Required Qualifications
5 or more years of enterprise‑level sales experience.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on location, skills, and experience. Compensation: USD $56,100 – $121,500 /year. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more.
