Associate District Sales Manager | ADP | Enterprise Accounts
ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Enterprise Accounts. This role focuses on growing new market share for ADP’s cloud‑based Human Resources solutions within a defined territory, targeting large market prospects (1,000 or more employees). You will bring proven enterprise‑level sales expertise and collaborate closely with internal teams to drive partnership and relationship excellence.
Responsibilities
Grow Our Business While Growing Yours. Work independently and collaboratively within your assigned geography to attain or exceed 100% of assigned revenue and product goals within assigned accounts.
Plan and Report to Achieve Success. Develop an annual business plan, determine sales and activity goals, compile Account Plan documents for prospective clients, and maintain a current prospective business report identifying potential business and activities necessary to close client accounts.
Market – Conduct Market Research. Develop prospective client sources utilizing various communication mediums, including personal contact mailings and client seminars. Utilize sales automation tools to define market penetration strategies, identify and target competitive prospects, and plan strategies to increase market share. Broaden knowledge of company products and their capabilities versus competing products.
Collaborate Daily. Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the network, demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards. Work closely with U.S. and Global Enterprise Accounts sales teams on joint and global client opportunities and relationships.
Required Qualifications
5 or more years of enterprise‑level sales experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Industry knowledge and/or knowledge of ADP’s competitors is an asset.
Benefits & Compensation Base salary offers for this position may vary based on location, skills, and experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $56,100.00 – USD $121,500.00 per year*.
Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state, and local laws.
