Overview Founded in 1989, AKE Safety Equipment has evolved into a market-leading fire safety equipment manufacturing and sales company, operating on a national scale with a large network of dealers and sales representatives.

We are looking for confident, driven, experienced outside sales reps located in agricultural areas nationwide. Our sales representatives are road warriors, selling

STOP-FYRE

directly to farmers by driving farm-to-farm.

Responsibilities

Drive farm-to-farm sales of

STOP-FYRE

to farmers within a protected territory.

Achieve and exceed commission goals with a 100% straight commission structure and weekly performance bonuses.

Represent the company’s brand and product with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

Many years of sales experience – proven track record of sales success.

Extremely competitive mindset and a drive to win.

Connection to the agricultural community – grew up on a farm, worked on a farm, or routinely do business with farmers.

Background in construction and/or excavation – experience working in construction or selling to the construction industry.

Entrepreneurial and self‑motivated – independent, business‑minded, and self‑driven.

Commitment to helping others – experience as firefighter, law enforcement, military, or EMT.

Performers, willing, ambitious, independent, passionate, and trustworthy – align with core values.
