Account Executive
About the Role
You will develop account plans for new and existing small to mid‑sized corporate accounts in an assigned territory.
Your core focus will be prospecting, account management, and closing full‑solution sales to corporate customers.
Prospecting: Actively seek new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a strong sales pipeline, keeping it 3–4 times coverage of targets monthly and quarterly.
Account Management: Lead the entire sales process—initial contact, account planning, deal closing, and renewal—for companies with revenues under $500 M.
Sales Goals: Meet or exceed revenue targets.
Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with key decision‑makers, understand their challenges, and demonstrate how our solutions can address them.
Salesforce Maintenance: Regularly update Salesforce to maintain accurate records and reliable forecasts.
Client Meetings: Engage in direct client meetings in person or via platforms like MS Teams.
Territories
Tax: Houston / New Orleans / Dallas (or hybrid out of MN, MI, or TX)
Risk: Chicago / Wisconsin (or hybrid out of MN, MI, or TX)
About You
College degree preferred with a minimum of 4 years direct field sales experience, ideally in the corporate sector, and a proven record of exceeding sales quotas.
Experience selling complex software solutions to small and medium companies ( High‑velocity sales experience, including land‑and‑expand approaches.
Ability to sell to C‑level executives and identify business challenges with impact analysis.
Strong stakeholder‑management skills and experience leading detailed sales processes.
Ability to develop and execute an account plan.
Must be able to work from home and travel to customer locations.

The target total cash compensation range for this role is $128,100 USD – $237,900 USD, varying by location.
