Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with college contact points to drive new programs and services.
Analyze sales and margin data to develop short‑ and long‑term growth strategies for each account.
Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandise, and Product teams to launch and promote custom order programs.
Serve as the central point of contact for day‑to‑day client communications, issue resolution, and policy updates.
Manage online store launches, including content, promotions, and website accuracy.
Required Skills
Strong customer service and outreach skills
Advanced relationship‑building and communication abilities
Excellent presentation and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (intermediate)
Time‑management and analytical mindset
Preferred Experience
Microsoft Excel: 3 years
Customer service: 2 years (required)
