Overview As an Inside Sales Unit Manager, you’ll guide a team of high-energy Loan Consultants who help everyday people move from simply getting by to thriving through Achieve’s innovative digital personal finance solutions. You’ll lead a high-performing team, coach others, and influence key sales initiatives while shaping the future of digital finance. What You’ll Do Drive key sales initiatives: introduce new processes, underwriting criteria, sales techniques, and departmental updates Inspire and elevate your team through ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback Support onboarding and development of new hires Ensure your team consistently hits Unit Quotas, Close Rates, and QA standards Model excellent pipeline management and call volume expectations Schedule, Training & Location Shifts: Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday Training: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm for the first 4 weeks, plus 30–60 days in the Loan Consultant role for hands-on learning (some in-office time required) Hours: 8-hour shift between 6am–8pm Arizona time Flexibility: work-from-home/hybrid options if located in the greater Phoenix, AZ area Compensation Total on-target earnings: $100,000–$145,000+ (base salary + monthly bonus) Plus a full benefits package Your performance and team success directly fuel your earning potential Qualifications 4+ years of inside sales management experience (call center experience strongly preferred) Ability to work evenings and at least one weekend day Proactive, motivating leadership style with strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft and Google suite Ability to build strong partnerships across teams and communicate expectations clearly Ability to juggle multiple projects while staying focused and organized Additional Information Hybrid and remote work opportunities for certain roles; 401(k) with employer match; medical, dental, and vision with HSA and FSA options; paid time off and volunteer days; wellness resources; education assistance; pet care discounts; hardship support; diversity and inclusion through six employee resource groups.
