Join vialytics, an AI‑based solution for municipal road management. Founded in 2018 and recently raised $10 M in Series A, we are in an exciting growth phase and looking for great people to join us.
Travel required to visit prospects (~40% of time). Remote work is available.
About vialytics We create intuitive, award‑winning AI solutions that simplify municipal road management. Our customers are mayors and municipalities across several European countries.
Responsibilities
Own and independently manage your sales region.
Generate leads through cold calling, events, and networking.
Build relationships with decision makers at all hierarchical levels.
Collaborate with marketing to optimize channels.
Help continuously improve and streamline the sales process as we enter new markets.
Requirements
3–5 years of SaaS / technology sales experience.
Comfortable working with members at all levels of an organization.
Drive for results.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Enthusiasm for our solution and introducing it to new markets.
Technology enthusiast with interest in digitalizing public administration.
Driver’s license.
Personal car required for on‑site visits.

Compensation OTE salary range: $160 k–$280 k (100–140 k base). Salary depends on location, experience, education, and other job‑related factors.
