With over 70 years in the manufactured and modular housing industry, Champion holds numerous awards and recognitions for quality homes and phenomenal service.
What we’re looking for We need hungry, motivated, computer‑savvy, detail‑oriented sales professionals that we can train to become future Sales Managers and General Managers.
Manufactured/Modular Home Sales Professional Summary Sell product including manufactured and modular housing and financing. Interact with customers, develop new prospects in person and via social media, and stay informed on current products and lenders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Establish relationships with customers to gather purchase requirements, timelines, and financing needs.
Utilize the Titan sales process to create sales and close deals.
Set proper customer expectations and maintain communication during order, delivery, and setup.
Continuously learn product knowledge to keep customers informed about new products and promote current floorplans and materials.
Communicate constantly with General Manager, Office Manager, and Sales Manager to ensure accurate customer communications and positive satisfaction.
Advertise homes/communities via social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
Engage potential customers and set appointments to promote sales.
Greet customers upon arrival.
Inform customers of loan and financing options and begin the initial financing application process.
Introduce customers to support staff handling financing.
Participate in ongoing training and daily meetings.
Ask for referrals to increase or promote further sales.
Offer assistance to promote teamwork and camaraderie.
Enroll in continuing education to maintain sales license.
Maintain follow‑up files for all potential sales.
Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Education and/or Experience High School degree or G.E.D; one to two years related experience or equivalent combination. Individual must secure and maintain licensing as required by state agencies. Spanish bilingual required.
