Compensation & Benefits
Base salary $13.71 – $17.48/hour (adjusted by experience & location)
Incentive pay avg. $162–$389/month
Paid time off: up to 3 weeks in first year

Learning reimbursement up to $5,250/yr
Store Hours Mon – Fri 9 AM – 6 PM; Sat 9 AM – 2 PM (37.5‑hour week, no Sundays)
Responsibilities
Consistently upsell and cross‑sell AAA products (memberships, credit cards, insurance referrals)
Assist members planning domestic travel (car rentals, hotels, vacation packages, maps, tour books)
Answer overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during peak volume
Provide backup support in cashiering, tag & title, and IDEMIA services as required
Qualifications
Previous sales and customer service experience; results‑oriented mindset
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in multiple online platforms and computer multitasking
Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment
Basic geography knowledge beneficial
High school diploma or equivalent
Successful pre‑ and post‑employment screening (criminal, drug, vendor)
Ability to obtain necessary membership/license as required for essential functions
