Job Title Retail Sales Associate (Full Time)
We are actively hiring for an experienced full‑time retail sales associate. Full‑time Retail Associates can accrue up to three weeks of paid time off during your first year.
Location 6320 Glenway Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45211
Compensation
Starting base compensation $14.43 to $18.40 hourly. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job‑related factors as permitted by law.
Eligible to earn incentive pay, with an average payout of $162 – $389 per month.
Store hours Monday – Friday 8AM‑6PM, Saturday 8AM‑5PM. 37.5 hour work week. No Sundays.
Responsibilities
Consistently up‑sell and cross‑sell AAA products such as new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals.
Assist members in planning domestic travel vacations, including car rentals, hotels, vacation packages, maps, tour books, and triptiks.
Answer incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during peak call volumes, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
Serve as backup by assisting in the functions of Cashiering, Tag and Title, and IDEMIA services if applicable.
Qualifications
Previous sales and customer service experience, with an ability to drive results and exceed expectations.
Effective written and oral communication skills, essential for engaging customers and articulating value of AAA memberships.
Proficient in navigating multiple websites and programs; computer skills essential for multitasking in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment.
Basic geography knowledge is beneficial.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Satisfactory pre‑employment and post‑employment screening results including criminal, drug, and state/vendor specific screenings. Ability to obtain necessary membership license (or others) as required to perform essential functions.
