Sales Counselor – New Home Builder
William Ryan Homes is a residential home builder in the Tampa Bay communities looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Counselor. The right candidate is committed to selling our homes in a personal and professional manner, providing 100% customer satisfaction while meeting all assigned sales goals.

Duties and Responsibilities
Work at the Model Home sales office Saturday’s, Sunday’s, and 3 days during the week, 10am‑6pm, or by appointment
Provide outstanding customer service at all stages of the process – from pre‑sale to sale, close, and warranty
Maintain professional and personal relationships within the broker community and developer liaisons
Actively participate in social media and direct mail campaigns to drive traffic to sales appointments
Work independently
Be knowledgeable about new home designs, options, and features; proven aptitude for selling in a residential home‑building environment
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years prior experience in new home sales or equivalent retail sales experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Other Requirements
Minimal travel; employee must own or lease a vehicle and possess a valid driver's license with insurance coverage
Employee must have a cell phone with a data package
