About the Role
Estimated first-year earnings range, including hourly wage and commission: Uncapped commission and earnings.
This position sells pre-need and at-need funeral services and inventory as well as cemetery services, property and merchandise.
The Sales Counselor assists families with funeral selections and attends services.
Leads are generated through a combination of walk-ins, inbound calls and proactive lead generation and prospecting.
Training pay of $18.00 per hour for 6 weeks.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred in Business, Marketing, and/or Sales.
1 year of sales experience preferred.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook) required.
Experience working in a CRM preferred.
Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, organizational and planning skills.
Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Availability to work some holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.
