Salary:
$60,000 - $120,000 per year
About this Role We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and help drive business growth. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
Prepare and process quotes and proposals.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Coordinate meetings, calls, and presentations with clients.
Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
Assist in the preparation of sales materials and presentations.
Communicate with clients to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations.
Handle incoming inquiries and route them appropriately.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role (preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.

Compensation
Competitive salary with an on‑target bonus opportunity.
