About the Role The Strategic AE focuses on the largest, most complex MSP groups in North America. You will run strategic, multithreaded sales cycles, often with C-suite stakeholders, competing against top-tier SaaS vendors. This is a high-impact role requiring maturity, commercial depth, and exceptional sales execution.

What You’ll Do

Manage large, complex MSP new logo opportunities with multi-threaded stakeholders

Build strong executive relationships with MSP owners, CTOs, Managing Partners, and CROs

Deliver sophisticated demos, business cases, and ROI/value modeling

Coordinate internal resources (SEs, leadership, product) to win key strategic deals

Partner closely with Senior Partner Development Executives on sourced opportunities

Maintain impeccable forecast accuracy and strategic pipeline discipline

Support regional growth strategy and large-scale channel initiatives

What You Bring

5–8+ years of SaaS strategic or enterprise AE experience

Deep experience selling into MSPs, IT service providers, or adjacent ecosystems

Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

Proven success operating with an $8K–$10K+ MRR quotaAbility to navigate complex buying cycles and influence senior decision makers

Skills We Need for This Role

Proven experience in covering the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals

Demonstrated consistent overachievement against sales targets and quota

Previous experience selling into MSP's (Managed Service Providers)

Experience selling tech or SaaS products, ideally within a start‑up or fast‑paced environment

Proven ability to develop relationships at the executive level

Drive to focus on prospecting and developing new client relationships

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong motivation and the ability to inspire and drive results

Ability to meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail
