What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Generate revenue through partnerships while collaborating with Marketing, Planning, and Account Services teams

Build and leverage relationships with key contacts at major agencies and national brands

Provide account management to a portfolio of clients, developing and optimizing strategic account plans

Analyze the performance of clients' campaigns and tailor solutions based on their objectives and KPIs

Consult clients on maximizing results through Turner Sports properties and complementary WBD content

What is Required (Qualifications)

At least 5 years of media sales experience required

Strong, established relationships with key decision-makers in Detroit and the upper Midwest

Proven track record of negotiating and closing media brand partnerships

Strong understanding of the Gen Z sports audience and media industry trends

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in linear, digital video, custom content, and league partnership sales

Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for brand storytelling in a sports contextStrong organizational and project management skills

Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment and adapt to changing technologies

Experience managing and optimizing client campaigns
