Your opportunity
Answer inbound calls to advisor line to respond to inquiries, support needs, and identify opportunities and route them to the appropriate territory team.
Assist team with lead generation and qualifying third‑party leads.
Build distribution lists for Sales to use in proactive outreach.
Liaise between Marketing, Distributions Strategy, and Analytics to support firm initiatives.
Use CRM database software to track client interactions and the progression of each client relationship.
Support sales and client relationships by providing research material, administrative follow‑up, and support.
Help prepare detail‑oriented reports and other materials for client meetings.
Provide database maintenance and compile business metrics.
Prepare documents for delivery to clients, including printing, mail merge, and FedEx packaging.
Support and time available to achieve SIE, Series 7, & 63.
Carry out other duties as assigned.

Must have skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with strategic business relationship development.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
High degree of self‑motivation; work with little direct supervision.
Intermediate computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM database software.
Nice to have skills
B.S. or B.A. in related field preferred.
Janus Henderson product knowledge is preferred.
Background in Financial Services, ideally Asset Management.
Compensation The base salary for this position is $55,000 – $61,000. Actual pay may differ. This position will be open through the end of January 2026.
