Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails to identify and qualify new opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer engagement.
Use CRM tools like
Salesforce
to manage leads and track performance.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences while meeting and exceeding goals.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
Tech Skills:
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Sales Knowledge:
Understanding of sales performance metrics and processes.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team Player:
Proven success working collaboratively to achieve targets.
Personality:
Outgoing, personable, and relationship-driven.
Adaptability:
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-Oriented:
Organized with strong attention to detail.
