Our technical sales staff recommends filtration solutions based on each customer’s unique needs and supports markets such as Automotive, Aerospace, Food & Beverage, Data Centers, Chemical, Metals, Power Generation, General Industrial, Heavy Equipment, and Oil/Gas Production.

Responsibility Summary Develop and successfully execute a branch sales growth strategy to grow sales profitably year over year, including plans to increase the mix of filtration products across all disciplines of filtration. The Regional Sales Manager has full sales, margin, and selling expense responsibility for the assigned sales region and oversees Territory Managers and Account Managers.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement branch sales growth plans to achieve the sales growth rate agreed upon by TFS management. Increase the mix of industrial & commercial filtration products and promote the “Total Filtration Management” concept with each branch employee.

Prepare annual sales, margin, and expense budgets with finance and the National Sales Manager. Submit monthly forecasts, report variances, and track actual results to budget and forecast.

Prepare annual performance reviews with objectives and action plans for employee development. Hire, train, and develop all sales personnel, set sales targets, conduct joint sales calls, and provide product training.

Review and approve customer bids over $1,000, implement price increases, assign accounts to appropriate managers, and ensure service level meets customer expectations.

Ensure compliance with company policies. Work closely with Finance, Operations, Sales, National Accounts and Human Resources to support corporate initiatives.

Educational and Experience Requirements

Minimum five years of outside sales experience.

Minimum three years of supervisory or managerial experience.

Four‑year college degree preferred.

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Industrial or B2B sales experience preferred.

Filtration knowledge preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license in good standing.

Travel Requirements Significant travel will be required as determined by territory and branch needs.
