Position Overview This is a field‑based sales role supporting customers in the Kansas and Oklahoma area, requiring the candidate to be based in Kansas or Oklahoma. A fuel card, auto allowance, travel & expense card, company cell phone, and laptop will be provided.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and an assigned customer base, working with other branch associates to ensure satisfaction from order to delivery and beyond.
Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities, working with management to develop sales strategies and new account targeting.
Perform product quotation and problem resolution.
Analyze competition in territory, devise a sales strategy, and communicate it to management.
Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge to promote a professional image in the field.
Document all sales activity in Salesforce for ongoing evaluation of the new business pipeline and measurement of sales closure results.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years industry‑related sales experience (preferred).
Results‑oriented, self‑motivated, capable of completing tasks in a timely manner.
Builds relationships and enjoys a team environment.
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Problem‑solving, leadership, and listening skills.
General digital literacy.
Self‑motivator, ability to multi‑task and learn quickly.
Compensation & Benefits This is a base plus commission eligible role, with no cap on your commission. Estimated total compensation range, based on performance and experience, is $75,000 - $100,000+.
