We are hiring a Machinery Inside Sales Representative for the Katy area market to focus on the sale of Mustang Cat's machinery sales offerings to develop customer‑driven solutions utilizing Mustang's unique abilities as a Caterpillar authorized dealer.

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities Include:
Represent Mustang as industry leader and promote key differentiators to best serve our customers
Provide exceptional customer service
Meet and exceed strategic sales goals
Establish new customer accounts
Respond quickly to leads and qualify customers
Monitor competitive activity and changes in local market
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
Meet set requirements for continued professional development
Inside Sales Representative Requirements:
College degree in Business, Management, Technical, or other related field
Will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of educational requirements
Knowledge of Cat equipment
Exceptional customer service skills
Professional communication skills: verbal, written, phone, email, in-person
Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications
Effective problem‑solving skills and ability to "think on your feet"
Strong desire to win
Negotiation experience
Strong mechanical aptitude
Must be able to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
Bilingual English/Spanish required
