EllaOla is a premium family wellness brand based in New York City. We developed our products with a team of Harvard pediatricians and dietitians to create a science-first, plant-based wellness collection offering the safest and most effective solutions for the whole family.

Role Description We are seeking an

Inside Sales Manager

to support revenue growth of our supplement line in the medical channel. This virtual seller will play a critical role in driving awareness among healthcare professionals through video presentations, phone calls, emails, and faxes.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain expert understanding

of products, medical call points, medical conditions, and competitive landscape. Be a continuous learner.

Generate relevant leads

with consistent research to maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.

Conduct active cold outreach

to healthcare offices and professionals - including but not limited to cold calls, emails, faxes, and social outreach.

Host virtual sales presentations

to educate clinicians on EllaOla and influence their patient recommendations.

Build and expand customer relationships

with proactive follow up, including continued sample support and education. Expand on existing leads to capture more business.

Support conferences

by overseeing vendor expo booths. National travel required quarterly, including weekends.

Maintain organized, detailed, and accurate

documentation of interactions

in CRM platforms.

Achieve and exceed sales targets,

as set by EllaOla leadership.

Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration skills

by working closely with peers and positively contributing to every team interaction with a kind, engaging, and open-minded attitude.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (Business or Nutrition related fields preferred)

1-3 years of sales experience (healthcare experience preferred) with a proven track record of sales success.
