Responsibilities This position is based in Southeast with responsibilities to the LA clinic regions.
This position is based in the Houston area with responsibilities at Texas Clinic regions.
Meeting or exceeding sales quotas for a specific area or region.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new customers and a portfolio of assigned clients to ensure optimum use and satisfaction of our services and solutions.
Identify opportunities, ensure understanding, and effectively convey information to the organization for retention and successful implementation.
Communicate with clients to understand their needs, identify solutions, and cross‑sell/up‑sell our services.
Act as a subject matter expert on our essential products/services, demonstrate features and components.
Create proposals upon request for clients that outline PRIME's approach to the suite of services and solutions we offer.
Coordinate and host onsite tours of our clinics for current and potential clients focusing on our capability to be their single source Occupational Health provider.
Resolve complaints or concerns when escalated by the Customer Service Department to continuously improve the client's experience.
Track progress and status for customer encounters through a designated CRM.
Participate in trade shows, conferences, events, and meetings when needed.
Must be able to work independently as well as a group.
Flexibility to work various hours in an office or in the field as well as travel as needed.
Experience with service‑related sales preferred.
Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key clients and staff.
Ability to prioritize sales and administrative tasks.
Technologically savvy, familiar with industry trends and projects.

Personal Vehicle Requirements And Responsibilities
Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, free of any combination of violations or major events.
Must have and maintain a reliable, insured personal vehicle for daily business use, including frequent travel to customer locations and team meetings.
Submit to a motor vehicle record (MVR) check as part of the hiring process and periodically throughout employment.
Adhere to all local, state, and federal driving laws and company safety policies while operating a personal vehicle for business.
Maintain proper vehicle insurance coverage as required by state law and company policy.
Ensure the vehicle is properly maintained and in safe working condition.
Required Skills, Qualifications And Responsibilities
Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar
Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators
Ability to self‑motivate and work with a high‑performance sales team
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills with a problem‑solving attitude
Availability to travel frequently with possible overnight stay
May be required to work overtime, weekends and holidays
Preferred Skills And Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration or equivalent
Proven success working in the sales field
Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail
Supervisory management
Physical Demands Sitting or standing for prolonged periods of time; lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects up to 75 pounds. Repetitive motion. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Substantial movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to lift and carry parcels, packages and other items, to walk short distances, climb stairs and drive a vehicle to deliver and pick up materials. Driving long distances.
