REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
Location: Remote - One for each of the following regions (US West Coast, US Midwest and US Texas)
Salary: $75,000-$100,000/ base annually + bonus
Description of the Position
Remote work-from-home position that will include consistent travel throughout the territory. Embrace a vast product portfolio of 1,500+ SKUs to hit Sales Goals and promote our Single Source go-to-market strategy. Ensures customer profitability with blended margins. Collaborate with designated Inside Sales Manager to cultivate territory and increase market share. Sell to diverse customer channels of Multi‑Family, Hospitality, Fabricators, Retail Dealers and Distributors. Effective internal and external communication to ensure efficient, effective rapid execution. Actively participate in brief daily Sales Meetings to collaborate with Sales Team and Operations Team to ensure sales closures. Present Product & Company Presentations to current and new customers. Timely communication about product forecast to the Vice President of Sales. Offers Design ideas and key market trends. Performs other assigned duties as required. Seeking one Regional Sales Manager for each of the following regions. Ideally, the RSM lives within their region. West Coast Region: CA, UT, NV, OR, WA and AZ.
