We’re looking for a Territory Account Manager to launch and scale a brand new territory (San Antonio), driving rapid growth with a first‑of‑its‑kind, clinically backed solution. Job Responsibilities
Launch and build a new territory (San Antonio) for the company’s clinically backed product. Drive rapid growth and expand market penetration. Build trust and relationships with healthcare professionals through education and consultation. Operate as a self‑motivated, field‑focused individual contributor in a MedTech office environment. Actively pursue opportunities to accelerate the product’s reach across the US. Qualifications
Self‑motivated, field‑focused individual contributor with autonomy. Strong knowledge of MedTech office environments. Ability to build trust, sell through education & consultation. Experience or interest in scaling fast‑moving, high‑impact start‑ups in medical devices. What you can expect
Equity. Strong, uncapped compensation structure that rewards performance. A pathway to regional leadership roles as the company expands nationally. An inside sales & reimbursement team to assist in converting prescriptions to product use while ensuring patients are comfortable every step of the way.
