Who We Are ENG is a BIM company that specializes in hands‑on, field‑focused BIM services. Founded in 2007, we have positioned ourselves as the largest and most experienced BIM production service provider in the United States, having completed 5,000 BIM projects with a dedicated team of over 600 staff members. We provide MEP Modeling and Coordination, VDC/BIM Management, and many other BIM services, as well as a comprehensive array of BIM production services to architects, engineers, and owners. The Role Right now, we’re looking for Account Executives who will represent us with new and existing clients and have already worked in the BIM or VDC industries, offering these services to top GCs and MEP contractors. These profiles will work with a team of 15 people within our Sales & Marketing areas on end‑to‑end sales processes, from finding or unearthing new clients and connecting to existing ones, aiming to secure deals, and contributing expertise to establish long‑term partnerships.
Mandatory Requirements
Experience and background in the Construction/BIM/VDC industries.
Must reside in the United States.
Experience of at least 5‑10 years.
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in a senior account executive or similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Top Job Responsibilities
Develop business by leveraging network and expanding relationships with new clients, while maintaining and expanding existing ones and serving as their primary point of contact. Potential clients include General Contractors and MEP subcontractors.
Sell all of ENG’s MEP Modeling and Coordination services and may sell some of our own tech products. This will be a relationship‑based sales process with many interactions in the Account Executive’s region.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs and industry trends, and design and develop sales strategies and deliver compelling presentations.
Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Stay up to date with industry developments and competitor activities.
Travel up to 40% of the time (1‑3 times a month, several days at a time).
