As a Jitterbit Account Executive, you will be the CEO of your assigned territory, responsible for generating new and expansion product license revenue, as well as professional services revenue across all verticals. Key Responsibilities
Generate new and expansion product license revenue against assigned quota, including professional services. Work closely with Sales Development Representatives, Marketing, Partners, and Client Success Managers to drive inbound, outbound, partner‑generated, and customer expansion opportunities. Leverage expertise in technology infrastructure and workflow automation solutions to advise customers and discuss technology strategy at the CIO level while also engaging back‑end infrastructure managers. Key Attributes for Success
Growth mindset – manage and grow an assigned scope of business/territory and exceed quota. Complex sales cycle management – take a deal from inception to close, navigating all organizational levels. Research‑driven – understand client prospects through research tools (ZoomInfo, etc.) to position Jitterbit solutions. Relationship building – manage & develop internal relationships (S&D, Marketing, Channels) and external partners (SI’s, ISV’s). Pipeline development – build consistent, sustainable pipeline and consistently hit quota. Preparation & detail – pride in preparation, attention to detail, and forecast accuracy. Execution focus – thrive under a prescribed sales process. Tech savvy – proficiency with modern sales tech stack (Salesforce, Salesloft, ABM solutions). Team collaborator – coordinate cross‑functional resources and engage leadership for strategic opportunities. Qualifications
7+ years in B2B technology sales with a track record of over‑achievement against quotas. Experience selling integration or workflow automation technology, ideally in the iPaaS market. Strategic and tactical thinker who works independently with minimal daily guidance. Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to win. Ability to thrive in a remote environment while meeting clients near major airports. Ability to pull focus from losing pursuits and pursue winning opportunities. Strong team orientation – coach and play. Inquisitive nature – seek to understand and solve business problems. 4‑year college degree. What You’ll Get
